About the Owner
Marissa Mosunich started Operate Well with the goal of making business owners' lives easier using her skills and knowledge. Prior to launching her consulting business, Marissa worked in manufacturing for one of the top global aerospace corporations. She earned her Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering at California Polytechnic University.
She now enjoys the counsel and consultant role, having worked with clients in various industries to improve their processes and finding technical solutions to automate their work.
Marissa is currently pursuing a MA in Organizational Development from Fielding Graduate University.
